Channel Khanarh

The customer is “Melioration and Water Economy” OJSC of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The main objective of this project was the irrigation of agricultural land in the Khachmaz, Shabran and Gusar districts of the republic with a total area of ​​62547 hectares. Moreover, the object performs the role of a discharge channel during the repair of the NAO.

• Total length - 67.2 km.

Technical indicators:

• Earthworks - 3 900 000 m³;
• Concrete work - 200 000 m³;
• Construction of structures, including 11 large aqueducts: (Gusarchay - 137.52 m; Mazarchay - 118 m, Gudialchay - 241.10 m, Akhchay - 130 m, Garachay - 164 m, Dzhagadzhukchay - 255 m, Velvelichay - 327.9 m, Shabranchay - 92 m);
• Motor road bridges - 11 pcs., in size - 8 + 2 x 1.0, with a total length of 700 m;
• Small bridges - 22 pieces, with a dimension of G = 5.0 + 2 x 0.7, with a total length of 330 m;
• Pedestrian bridges - 13 pcs .;
• Underground passages of 11 pieces;
• Pipe culverts - 25 pcs .;
• Regulators - 2 pcs .;
• Drainage facilities - 14 pcs .;
• Small aqueducts - 85 pcs.
